Sentinare PostVault, how it all works
Sentinare PostVault addresses SEC/FINRA/NASD email compliance by providing a comprehensive, yet inexpensive archiving service that includes the following:
- Store all email for a period of three years on online storage devices.
- Provide read-only media of the archivse: Each month, Sentinare mails to you searchable DVDs containing your company's recent month's email. This includes all email: incoming, outgoing, and internal, even BCC (Blind Carbon Copy).
- Sentinare retains soft copies of the archive email at its data center.
- All email is stored in an online database and is easily searchable via our web interface or via any popular IMAP email client such as Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird.
- In case of a law suit or regulatory audit, Sentinare will verify that your email is being archived and managed by an independent third party.
Note: In order to utilize Sentinare's archiving solution, customers must host their email with Sentinare.
